Concept: Hampton’s meets Palm Springs: boutique, luxury, resort

Colour Palette: Shades of grey, with white

Design Notes: The tired, grubby facade of this facade added years to the age of the building. It is currently undergoing a face lift along with a shiny new coat of paint. Donna Vercoe Design specified all the external and internal paint colours for this Strata project. Exterior renders were created in PhotoShop in order to visualise the new paint colours and locations with the Strata Committee. These renders, in addition to the paint specs, were then used to communicate the painting details to the painting contractor.

As remedial works to the building facade is occurring alongside the paint works, completion of this project is not expected until sometime in 2019.
